Sanguine Stax Machine DEMO

Welcome to Sanguine Stax Machine! 

In this game you work for Sanguine tasked with operating the mysterious Stax Machine. Here you will be faced with making crazy, ridiculous structures with the shapes in your deck and clearing the round goal to progress to the top, equipped with a deck of fruits to veggies to dice to broken bottles and coffins, and all of them must stand together without tipping over. Your goal is to survive an onslaught of ever scaling rounds with a high enough score to win.

This is a roguelite focused on creating a tetris-like experience while adding depth and strategy while you progress through the run. You will build a deck of shapes consisting of all sorts of crazy abilities along with a set of relics to amplify your potential. Different characters will be available to choose your starting deck and all sorts of trial variations will put you through the test. If you succeed in passing the final trial you win.

This game features hectic moment-to-moment block stacking game play with increasing difficulty and run progression. As you build up your deck and collect all sorts of relics, you’ll face all sorts of challenges with each trial and learn to become the master of the Stax Machine.

For this demo, 7 characters, 60 shapes, 60 relics, and 19 trial variants are available to test and the demo goes until the 4th trial. In the full game you must beat the 6th trial and you'll have a lot more options in terms of characters and shapes and relics. This has been in development for 11 months.

In the coming 2 months or so I plan on adding the following features:

+3 new game modes

+6 new difficulty settings
